Acceptance and website use
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with another person’s use.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information about TruckSwiftly’s dispatch services. It is not legal, tax, insurance, compliance, safety, or financial advice. Information may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice.
No guarantee of freight or results
Nothing on this website guarantees load availability, broker approval, rates, rate per mile, revenue, profitability, accessorial payment, or a particular business result. Freight conditions and third-party requirements change continuously.
Introductory offer
The “0% Dispatch Fee on Your First 2 Loads” offer applies only to TruckSwiftly’s dispatch service fee for the first two qualifying dispatched loads. It does not waive fuel, factoring, insurance, broker, carrier, operational, or third-party costs. Standard dispatch pricing and terms apply afterward. Eligibility, qualification rules, offer availability, and final terms require confirmation with TruckSwiftly.
Service agreements
Submitting a form or using this website does not create a dispatch-service relationship. Any dispatch services should be governed by a separate written agreement approved by TruckSwiftly and the carrier. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding paid services, the service agreement should control for those services.
Intellectual property
The TruckSwiftly name, logo, website design, and original site content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. TruckSwiftly does not control third-party websites, availability, terms, data practices, or content.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The final warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity language, and any required exceptions must be drafted or approved by counsel based on TruckSwiftly’s legal structure and operating jurisdictions.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and an updated date. Material-change notice practices should be confirmed before production.
